Leadership Coaching and Mentoring
Arthur Kyron is a Human Synergistics accredited practitioner.
Through his 30+ years in senior leadership positions he can assist people to become the best they can be in leading and influencing organisational, individual, group and cultural transformation.
The Human Synergistics Integrated Model* was developed to enable improvement and change at the individual, group and organisational levels by integrating 5 levels of human behaviour: individual personal styles, impact on others, group styles, organisational culture and customer experience.
Through the common language of the circumplex the Human Synergistics Integrated Model links culture and leadership in a way that allows individual leaders to understand how they are perpetuating the current state through their thinking and behaviour. This level of insight empowers and motivates individuals to make changes that directly increase performance.

Developed over 40 years ago, the Human Synergistics circumplex provides a way to see, measure and change the thinking and behavioural styles that drive the performance of not only individuals but also groups and organisations.
Employee engagement, advocacy, profitability, customer loyalty, revenue growth and operational effectiveness are all increased when the culture of an organisation is constructive. At the individual level constructive thinking creates improvements in personal effectiveness, workplace satisfaction and personal wellbeing.
The circumplex is divided into 3 general clusters and these clusters are broken down to 12 styles.
